    Arguably, the best customer service in Kempsey. Very friendly staff who know their job and product range. Always willing to help you take goods to your car.

    Customer Service excellent. Young lady there today was so cheery, friendly and helpful even though she was busy. Made it a nice experience will be definitely come me back

    I'm a 84 yr old pensioner who is disabled. I asked for a carton of beer & as my car is left hand drive my 25yr old son who is also my carer handed over my credit card for payment &was asked for identity which he did not have, we were refused service because he handed the card to the woman so in her opinion he was purchasing the alcohol so would not serve me ,I explained to her that I could not exit my car as I was disabled but she refused to serve me!
    Obviously I will have to find another outlet that has a little compassion & sympathy for us older Aussies.

    I went there 45 minutes before closure and saw that Jason in the distance was shutting the doors. When I asked why he was closing at 7:15pm when the closing time was at 8pm, I was told that in winter they close earlier. Didn't argue that we were in spring, being September... So I guess there's better choice of liquor stores in Kempsey.
