1 I brought in my worn out rear wheel hub for my 250 yamaha moto 4 quad.
2 I left said part with the shop so they could be sure to order the right part.
3 after waiting over a month and not hearing from the shop I went in
4 they had thrown my old hub out.
5 they searched and found what they thought was the correct part. So I paid a deposit and they ordered it
6 when I picked it up I paid the remainder. Went home and found it was not the correct part and they have now refused to refund.
6 I phoned fair trading to find out my rights and informed col that he has no right to refuse refund. He refused refund anyway.
7 the matter is now in the hands of fair trading. I'll update with progress when I hear back.
